Yomi Oniwinde
MD/CEO
Yomi Oniwinde is the MD/CEO of CRIB Pension Fund Managers. He recently joined the company. In his role as MD/CEO, he gives full direction and leadership towards the achievement of CRIB’s overall goals and objectives. Prior to joining CRIB, he worked as MD/CEO of UBA Asset Management, a subsidiary of UBA PLC. As a SVP, Business Development for GoodWorks International, LLC – an International Economic Development consulting company. He worked at Citibank NA, where he managed its Wealth Management division for Mid-Atlantic region. His early career was spent with Merrill Lynch and Union Bank Switzerland, offering their broad client base Investment Management Advisory services. Yomi holds an MBA in Financial Management and BA (Hons) Marketing
Mr. Akin Akinbola
General Manager IT/Operations
Mr Akin Akinbola is a graduate of Aberdeen College, Scotland. He had worked with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), Ibadan before he became a co-founder and pioneer Managing Director of the first Internet Service Provider in Ibadan, General Data Engineering Services Plc otherwise known as Skannet. He also had a brief stint with I-Net Global Services, Kaduna as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Akinbola has attended various courses and seminars both within and outside the country.
Mr. Andrew Orisafele
AGM/Head, Marketing
Mr. Andrew Orisafele a professional marketer with over 12years experience in Marketing and Management. He holds the following qualifications, B.Sc Bus. Admin. from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma; MBA Marketing and Management from University of Uyo; M.Sc Marketing and Public Relations, from University of Nigeria Nsukka. Other qualifications include PGD Management from University of Calabar; PGD Marketing from Nigeria Institute of Journalism Ogba. He is a member of the following professional associations: Chartered Institute of Marketing London, Chartered Marketing Consultants Canada and Nigerian Institute of Marketing. He has worked with various Organizations like Nutra Foods Ltd. as Sales/Marketing Manager; Spectra Nig. Ltd. as Sales and Marketing Manager; Mobitel Ltd. as Business Development Manager South; He was with Rainbownet Ltd. as DGM/Deputy Head, Marketing/Corporate Communications before joining CRIB Pension Fund Managers Ltd as AGM/Head, Marketing. He has attended courses in Creativity/Problem Solving, Marketing Strategy, and Building Top Teams for High Performance and Advanced Management
Mr. Boye Fasasi
Head (Operations)
Boye holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Actuarial Science and a Master of Science degree (M.Sc.) in Business Administration both from the University of Lagos in 1991 and 1995 respectively.
He started his working career with Amicable Assurance Plc and worked in the Life and Pensions Department between 1992 and 1997. He joined ELMAC Assurance Nigeria Ltd as the pioneer head of the Life and Pensions department in 1997 and left in year 2001 for Cornerstone Insurance Plc. as the pioneer Group Head of Life and Pensions department.
He left the service of Cornerstone Insurance Plc in year 2004 to join Equity Life Insurance Company Ltd as Group Head Technical Group and Branch Operations. It was from there he joined the service of CRIB Pension Fund Managers Ltd in year 2007 as the Head of Operations and Risk Management.
He is an Associate member of the Chattered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).
Mr. Felix Adebayo
Head (Operations)
Mr. Felix Adebayo has over 16 years experience in Information Technology. He graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan. In addition, he has a M.Sc. degree in Systems Engineering, from the University of Lagos, and an MBA in Management Technology from Lagos State University. He has worked with various organizations like Honda Manufacturing Nigeria Ltd as Programmer/Systems Analyst, Hogg Robinson Nigeria Ltd as Controller of Information Technology. He was with NLPC Pension Fund Administrators Ltd as Assistant General Manager of Information Technology before joining CRIB Pension Fund Managers Ltd as Head of Information Technology.
Felix Adebayo has received numerous trainings within and outside Nigeria.
Mr. Suleiman Yinusa, (ACA)
Head of Finance/Accounts
He is an Associate member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with over 12 years post qualification experience in Accounting and financial control, garnered in various sectors of the economy . He worked at Clariant Nig Ltd and Daltrade Nig Ltd as Head of Accounts before joining the services of CRIB Pension Fund Managers Ltd in March 2007. Mr Yinusa is a 1994 graduate of Accounting, from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
Mr. Bukunmi Awaye
Head Admin & Corporate Affairs
He holds an M.Sc Degree in Industrial Labour and Relations from the University of Ibadan. He is an Associate member of the chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) as well as the Nigerian Institute of Management. He has garnered considerable post graduate experience in the banking, finance sectors as well as the Hospitality industry. He has worked at Commerce Bank Ltd as Manager (Admin/Corporate Services), Goldfinger Investment, as Senior Manager Admin/Corporate Services and Frontline Hospitality Concept as Head HR/Corporate Services before joining CRIB Pension Fund Managers Ltd., in 2007.
Mr. Adewumi Michael Ademola
Head Compliance
He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos. He is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as an Associate of the Chartered Insitute of Insurance of Nigeria. He has garnered over 20 years post qualification experience as Internal Auditor at Nicon Insurance Corporation and also NICON PLC before joining the services of CRIB Pension Fund Managers Ltd as Head of Compliance |
