Crib Pension Fund Managers Limited is a Limited Liability Company incorporated under the companies and allied matters act 1990. The company is 100% owned by Nigerian citizens and has been licensed by the National Pension Commission (PenCom) to carry out the business of Pension Fund Administration (PFA) in accordance with the Pension Reform Act of 2004.
OUR PROUD HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE We are proudly associated with the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB). Established since 1967 and have been the Umbrella body for managing issues relating to Life and Pensions for 41 years. They have current membership strength of 350 Insurance Brokers and Pension Consultants spread throughout the length and breadth of the country, and 42 of which are shareholding partners with CRIB.
